These Terms govern your use of the Dogma Labs website at dogmalabs.tech. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Scope
This site is a marketing and portfolio site for Dogma Labs, an independent digital studio based in Bristol, TN. These Terms cover only your use of this website. Any professional services we provide to you are governed by a separate written engagement agreement (e.g. a Statement of Work or proposal). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including written copy, brand identity, logos, motion design, code samples, and embedded preview applications — is owned by Dogma Labs or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view, share, and link to this site for personal or non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or build derivative works from our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
- Interfere with the operation of the site or any embedded application;
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content for commercial purposes;
- Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with Dogma Labs.
5. Third-Party Links and Embedded Apps
The site links to client websites and other third-party resources, and embeds interactive preview applications. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. The embedded preview apps are provided as design demonstrations only.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all content, demonstrations, and embedded apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dogma Labs and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) this site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or this site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dogma Labs from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of this site or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sullivan County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
