The Short Version
Dogma Labs operates this website (dogmalabs.tech). We don't run analytics, we don't use tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share data with advertisers. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — through our inquiry form, by email, or by phone.
What We Collect
- Inquiry form submissions. If you use the inquiry form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, your business name, your preferred contact method and the contact information you give for it, an optional website or social link, and the details you choose to share about what you're working on.
- Information you send us. If you email dogmalabs.tech@gmail.com or call 423-943-0812, we receive whatever you choose to share. Your name, email address, phone number, project details, attachments, and so on.
- Server logs from our hosting provider. Like most websites, our host automatically records standard request data. IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp. This is for security, abuse prevention, and uptime monitoring. We do not access, export, or analyze these logs.
- Cookies and trackers. None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and embeds no third-party trackers.
How We Use It
The only use of any information you send is to respond to you and, where applicable, to deliver work under a separate signed agreement. We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit opt-in.
How Long We Keep It
Email correspondence is retained in our standard email account for as long as it is useful for the working relationship and applicable record-keeping. You may request deletion of your messages at any time by emailing us.
Third-Party Services
Embedded preview applications on this site (e.g. the Brand Identity and Design Theology islands) run entirely in your browser and do not transmit data back to us. Outbound links to client sites or external resources are governed by those sites' own policies.
Your Rights
You may at any time request to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email dogmalabs.tech@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Age of Audience
This site is intended for business audiences and adult professionals. It is not designed for or directed at minors. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we add features that change what we collect (for example, a newsletter or analytics), we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
